The 72 Spirits of the Ars Goetia
Bune (Bimé)
26th spirit of the Ars Goetia · Duke · 30 legions
Bune, also spelled Bimé or Buné, is the twenty-sixth spirit, a strong, great and mighty duke of 30 legions. He appears as a dragon with three heads, those of a dog, a gryphon and a man, and speaks with a high and comely voice. The Goetia says he changes the place of the dead and causes the spirits under him to gather on graves, and that he gives riches, wisdom and eloquence and answers truly. Weyer's entry for Bune is close to this. The Commons file shows one of two variant seals associated with him.
