Thelema
Aleister Crowley, the Book of the Law and the Aeon of Horus.
Thelema is the religious and magical philosophy founded by Aleister Crowley after the reception of the Book of the Law in Cairo in 1904. Its central idea is the discovery and fulfilment of one's True Will. This section covers Crowley's life and works, the doctrines and holy books of Thelema, the orders that practise it, including the A∴A∴ and Ordo Templi Orientis, and the wider influence of Thelema on twentieth-century occultism and culture.
