The 72 Spirits of the Ars Goetia
Dantalion
71st spirit of the Ars Goetia · Duke · 36 legions
Dantalion, the seventy-first spirit, is a great and mighty duke of 36 legions. He appears as a man with many countenances, the faces of men and women, holding a book in his right hand. The Goetia credits him with teaching all arts and sciences, declaring the secret counsel of anyone, knowing human thoughts and changing them at will, causing love and showing the likeness of any person in a vision. Like Seere and Andromalius he does not appear in Weyer's Pseudomonarchia. His seal is reproduced from the 1904 edition.
