Fourth Pentacle of Jupiter
Key of Solomon · Mathers 1889, fig. 21 · 4 of 7 · Psalm 112:3
The Fourth Pentacle of Jupiter is described as serving to acquire riches and honour and to possess much wealth. Its angel is Bariel, and the names Adoniel and IH (Iah) also appear in it. Mathers' text attaches specific astrological timing to its making, linked with Jupiter's day and hour and the planet in Cancer. Like the second pentacle of the series, it carries the versicle of Psalm 112:3. The Jupiter series is chiefly concerned with wealth, honour and protection, the planet's traditional benefits.
