On the Deaths of the Persecutors (De mortibus persecutorum)
A Christian pamphlet describing the miserable ends of the emperors who persecuted the Church, written within a few years of Constantine's victory. Its chapter on the Milvian Bridge gives the earliest account of the heavenly sign Constantine painted on his soldiers' shields.
