Seventh Pentacle of Jupiter
Key of Solomon · Mathers 1889, fig. 24 · 7 of 7 · Psalm 113:7
The Seventh Pentacle of Jupiter, the last of the series, is said to have great power against poverty if considered with devotion, and also to drive away the spirits that guard treasures and reveal them. Its centre is formed of mystical characters of Jupiter. The versicle is Psalm 113:7, 'Lifting up the poor out of the mire, and the needy from the dunghill, that he may set him with the princes'. The Jupiter series is chiefly concerned with wealth, honour and protection, the planet's traditional benefits.
