Sixth Pentacle of Saturn
Key of Solomon · Mathers 1889, fig. 16 · 6 of 7 · Psalm 109:6
The Sixth Pentacle of Saturn is the most baleful of the series: Mathers' text says that the person against whom it is pronounced will be obsessed by demons. It is composed of the mystical characters of Saturn rather than angelic names. Its Hebrew inscription paraphrases Psalm 109:6, 'Set thou a wicked one to be ruler over him, and let Satan stand at his right hand'. Mathers prints the Saturn pentacles first, since Saturn heads the traditional planetary order.
