Third Pentacle of Venus
Key of Solomon · Mathers 1889, fig. 41 · 3 of 5 · Genesis 1:28
The Third Pentacle of Venus is said to attract love when it is merely shown to a person. Its angel is Monachiel, and the names YHVH, Adonai, Ruach, Achides, Aegalmiel and Degaliel also appear in it. The versicle is from Genesis 1:28, 'and Elohim blessed them, and Elohim said unto them, Be ye fruitful and multiply'. Mathers gives five pentacles of Venus, most of them concerned with love, grace and favour.
