The Secret of the Golden Flower

Thomas Cleary's 1991 translation of the Taoist meditation classic known as The Secret of the Golden Flower, a guide to circulating light and cultivating inner alchemy. Cleary's version was intended to correct and complete the earlier Richard Wilhelm translation, which appeared with a commentary by C. G. Jung. It is a key text for understanding Chinese internal alchemy and meditation.
