Liber Iuratus Honorii

The standard scholarly edition of the Latin Sworn Book of Honorius, prepared from the surviving manuscripts with full critical apparatus. Hedegård's introduction discusses the work's date, its relationship to the Ars Notoria and the Sigillum Dei, and its manuscript tradition. The book contains the Latin text only, so it is chiefly for scholars and readers with Latin, but it underpins all modern study of this thirteenth-century text of angelic vision and theurgic magic.
