Presented as a sixteenth-century Latin grimoire discovered and translated by Marius Malchus, this short text describes the conjuration of the planetary angels and spirits with prayers, seals and instructions for tools. Scholars widely regard it as a modern compilation drawing on Agrippa's Fourth Book and the Arbatel. Its compact ritual has nevertheless been used by modern practitioners, and it is a useful case study in twentieth-century grimoire invention.
